The SASAC will further implement precise policies, increase policy support in terms of talents and funds, improve supporting measures, and support central enterprises to overcome difficulties and forge ahead in the integrity and progressiveness of the development of the integrated circuit industry chain, so as to better promote the high-quality development of the integrated circuit industry.

Electronic design automation (EDA for short) is a basic tool for electronic design, including circuit design, layout design, layout verification, performance analysis, etc. After decades of technical accumulation and development, EDA tools have basically covered the whole process of integrated circuit design and manufacturing.

As one of the strategic pillars of the integrated circuit industry, EDA tools have a very obvious scale effect.
