SKIHOTAR Product Limited Warranty Terms of Service Warranty Statement Shenzhen Jihong Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jihong Semiconductor") warrants to its original end users or customers that all of its Jihong SKIHOTAR branded products (hereinafter referred to as "Products") are free from any defects in material and manufacture. If the product is proved to be defective or malfunctioning in material or function within the respective warranty periods, Techhong Semiconductor will, at its own option, implement the warranty service by repairing or replacing the product of the same level or by direct refund. Jihong Semiconductor guarantees that all repaired good products or replaced new products have been strictly tested to ensure that they have the same functions as new products. Part of the product warranty is based on the replacement of spare parts, so the warranty product may not be the original warranty product. TechMac only provides warranty services for the product itself, and does not provide rescue, recovery, or backup services for any data stored in the product, nor does it include warranty or repair for third-party software, connected devices, or other accessories. For products that are obsolete or discontinued, the obsolete or discontinued product will be replaced when an identical product is available. If Techmac is unable to replace your obsolete or discontinued product with the same product, Techhome will, at its sole discretion, replace it with a product of similar functionality and capacity. Jihong warranty service is only applicable to the original end users or customers of the company's products purchased through the company or through legally authorized distribution channels. This service is non-transferable and does not apply to products purchased from second-hand dealerships or other unauthorized distribution channels. Warranty service may require you to provide detailed purchase information to ensure that it falls within the scope of the terms of the warranty service of Jihong Semiconductor. Limited Warranty The scope of application of this warranty does not include damage to the product caused by unnatural or external factors, and Techmac Semiconductor is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damage or loss of data. If including but not limited to the following conditions, the product is not applicable to the product warranty terms of Jihong: (1) When the product fails due to natural disasters, improper human operation and other factors other than the product itself; (2) When the product exceeds the warranty period; (3) SSD products that exceed the specified total amount of flash data written or whose flash memory has been written to death; (4) When the product is disassembled, repaired or damaged by any person; (5) When any labels, stickers or information on the product body are lost or missing or incorrect; (6) When the product serial number is inconsistent, altered, or the serial number is damaged or unclear; (7) When the internal information or materials of the product are changed or inconsistent; (8) When the product is used in an abnormal use environment, the product is damaged, corroded, rusted, and the gold finger is polluted, oxidized, or damaged; (9) When the product is used in an abnormal use environment, resulting in the fact that the function of the product is not its own or is incompatible;
(10) Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and store in accordance with the requirements of the product manual; (11) Damage caused by poor transportation and other force majeure; For the products in the above situation, it is at the sole discretion of Techmac Semiconductor. Jihong Semiconductor can provide paid maintenance services according to the actual situation. All expenses involved (including maintenance fees, parts or product replacement fees, transportation fees (two-way), and cargo insurance (two-way)) are borne by consumers or customers themselves. Warranty (1) Memory stick products For the memory products of the Jihong SKIHOTAR brand manufactured by Jihong Semiconductor, if there is a quality problem in the product under normal use by the user, after the verification and confirmation of Jihong Semiconductor, Jihong Semiconductor will provide a limited lifetime from the date of sale. Warranty Service. The "Limited Lifetime Warranty" is defined as "the product is warranted for half a year after the product is discontinued". (2) SSD products For the SSD products of the SKIHOTAR brand manufactured by Jihong Semiconductor, under the normal use of users, if the product has quality problems, according to different product lines and different capacities, Jihong Semiconductor will provide three products from the date of sale. One-year limited warranty or five-year limited warranty service. For the warranty period of each product line, please refer to the product line packaging or official website specification details. "Limited Warranty" is defined as "The product warranty does not exceed the three-year/five-year validity period, and the total product writing does not exceed the specified value". Both conditions need to be met at the same time, otherwise it is not covered by the limited warranty. The shipper pays the one-way freight and bears the possible losses when the goods arrive at the consignee, and our company has the right to reject the goods paid on delivery. Manual disassembly, repair or damage is not guaranteed Any memory stick product with the following phenomena will be judged as man-made damage and will not be guaranteed: (1) When the memory stick is damaged due to scratches, scratches, fractures, abrasions, burns, shedding, patina/oxidation, etc. of the golden fingers; (2) When the memory stick is damaged due to IC missing, falling, or damaged; (3) When the memory module is damaged due to scratches, scratches, fractures, bending, collision angles, patina/oxidation, and pad peeling off the PCB board; (4) When the memory stick is damaged due to deformation, bending, breaking, or dismantling of the vest; (5) When the model label is changed, missing or damaged; (6) When the tamper-proof label is torn, missing or damaged; (7) When the product serial number is inconsistent, damaged or unclear; (8) When it has been dismantled, repaired, changed, etc. by itself. Any solid-state drive (SSD) product with the following phenomena will be judged as man-made damage and will not be guaranteed: (1) When the out-of-warranty product has been out of the factory for more than 3 years; (2) Warranty when the hard disk itself is dented, protruded, bent, broken, etc.; (3) When the outer casing is damaged, dented, scratched, worn, etc.; (4) When the SATA connector is damaged, broken, bent, etc.; (5) When the SSD is damaged due to scratches, scratches, fractures, abrasions, burns, falling off, patina/oxidation, etc. on the golden fingers; (6) When the SSD is damaged due to IC missing, dropped, damaged, etc.; (7) When the SSD is damaged due to scratches, scratches, fractures, bends, bumps, patina/oxidation, pads falling off, etc. on the PCB board; (8) When the model label is changed, missing or damaged; (9) When the tamper-evident label is torn, missing or damaged; (10) When the product serial number is inconsistent, damaged or unclear; (11) When it has been dismantled, repaired or changed by itself.
